With the growth of the European Community, EACEM has considerably improved its influence and strength. As technical cooperation is moving from a national to a European level, EACEM TC has already established a new and efficient working structure that is able to meet the challenges of the future. As new broadcasting services cannot be introduced without receivers and a new service in a receiver cannot be implemented without transmission, the future of broadcasters and receiver manufacturers is closely interrelated. Only if both groups cooperate successfully, can future be mutually beneficial.
