Pilot plant evaluation of ozone and gac treatment strategies for pesticide and thm control

A comprehensive pilot faciloty has been established at the Strensham Water Treatment works located on the River Severn near Tewkesbury, England. Commissioned in 1991 the pilot plant has up to thirteen treatment s treams designed to develop the best treatment strategy for this variable quality lowland surface spource, and to provide valuable design data for advanced treatment schemes at other major sites with similar treatment challenges.
