Ozone generation characteristcs on superposed discharge type ozonizer

The new ozone generation system is proposed in this rreport. This system has three electrodes arranged coaxially. Two type of discharges, the silent discharge and the surface discharge, are superposed in same cylindrical gap. The phase difference of both discharge were changed. More amount of ozone by this new system at particular phase angle are generated than by usally non superposed discharge type ozonizer.
