SOME PRACTICES OF ANALYZING POWER SYSTEM TRANSIENT STABILITY WITH THE TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS METHOD

A recent proposed method for analyzing the output data of traditional transient stability program, which is called the trajectory analysis method, has been applied to a real world power system, the results are presented in this paper and they show that for the most disturbed gneratora, the value of stability index S1 is monotonically decreased with deterioration of stability whether by any mode.
