The Henrico County Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility will begin treating an avergge flow of 30 million gllons per day in late Summer,1989.The plant uses an integrated once-through oxygen-zone system to proeduce a finished water meeting stringent dischrge standards and for plant-wide odor contorl.Oxygen produced in a 38 ton per day cryogenic air separation plant is filtered and cooled before feeding a bank of five 650 pound per day capacity medium frequency ozone generators.
