The latest CDR system data from GM Vehicles Update

General Motors has been a leader in providing access to light vehicle event data recorder information since the CDR Systems inception in early 2000. The latest updates to the line of GM vehicles covered continue this trend of accessibility. Since the 2009 CDR Users summit, which coincided with the release of version 3.1 software and hardware updates, further GM coverage has been added with version 3.2 and recently 3.3 releases. In addition to the 3.3 software, additional hardware, in the form two additional umbilical cables, is now available. This article will build on the information presented at the conference and include information through the 3.3 update.
