摘要

The crystallization of six eutectic compositions of glass-solders based on CaO-MgO-SiO_22 is studied. The solder, containing 24.41 % MgO, 37.37 % CaO and 38.21 % SiO_22, as well as the solder, containing 29.26 % MgO, 35.16 % CaO and 35.57 % SiO_2 can get higher soldered joint destruction temperature at the tensile load from 1290-1300 °C to 1365-1370 °C due to thermal treatment at the exothermal effect temperatures have been established. The improved high temperature solders based on CaO-MgO-SiO_2 and high clean alumina soldering technologies were developed due to the obtained results of the investigation.
