Recently aerospike nozzle as well as plug nozzle is considered better than conventional bell type nozzle in efficiency and l_(sp). So, those nozzles begin to attract attention for the development of SSTO and so on. In order to confirm their benefits numerically, 2-D numerical simulations of flow field around plug nozzle have been conducted. Flow fields around plug nozzle for various conditions are simulated numerically. Characteristics of flow field are investigated. The detail of flow field around spike nozzle is revealed.
