Detection of foreign material included in LCD panels using the light section method

摘要

This paper presents a new method for detecting foreign substances included in a transparent layered-product. Visual inspection of LCD as covered by a protection film was successfully performed using the light section method without being affected by scratches and dust on the surface of the protection film.
