The identification of autocorrelation model of discrete randomimage

The Z-transform of the autocorrelation model of discreterandom images is derived. By using the power series expansion andtruncation of the Z-transform, the least-squares identificationmethod for the coefficients of Z-transform is developed. Thecomputational formulas for the parameters of the autocorrelation modelof images are given. The validity of the method is confirmed byexperiment
