A Representation of the quasi-stationary boundary condition for the magnetic field density

摘要

The paper develops an explicit formula for the surface current on the basis of self-consistent field and current investigation at an interface of two different media. The concept of the transverse-longitudinal decomposition of an arbitrary field within a homogeneous medium is used to achieve the purpose.
