Equivalence of asymptotic stability and instability between multidelay linear neutral differential systems and the corresponding linear ordinary differential systems

Both multidelay linear neutral differential systems (LNDSs) and the corresponding linear ordinary differential systems (LODSs) are considered. Results are established for the equivalence of asymptotic stability and instability between LNDSs and LODSs.
