A millimeter wave imaging system, based on a 5×5 endfire (CWSA) receptor array, is described, which uses a 30 cm f/D=1 paraboloid. Resolution of two incoherent point sources at the Rayleigh distance has been demonstrated, and optical transfer functions have been derived. Preliminary work on integrated mixer elements suitable for this array is also described.
