Dielectric aspects of prebreakdown phenomena in insulators

摘要

By means of some experiments and considerations it is shown, that frequency dependent dielectric losses contribute to critical power densities independently of and equally to resistive losses in materials being characterized by a spacely inhomogenous charge carrier transport and especially in insulators.
