摘要

The successful application of a hydrogen flame process chromatograph to closed loop acetylene control on a butadiene re-run tower was made possible through the effective utilization of mobile experimental analytical and control instrumentation. Valuable data relating to all phases of the application, including the development of a time interval controller using a control and clamp technique, were economically achieved and provided a basis for justifying a permanent installation.This paper describes the development and application of the method employed in adapting periodic discrete measurements to an analog control system.
