Landfill leachate treatmetn: comparison of three oxidation processes usign ozone

A landfill leachate treatment system was designed in order to prevent water contamination. Leachate from a landfill near the village of Montreuil sur Barse France, is polluted by ammonia with concentrations ranging from 600 to 800 mg/l and organic matter with a low biodegradable fraction (COD range fro m2000 to 3000 mg/l and BOD_5/COD ratio about 0,1).
