摘要

For the uncertainty caused by wind power in microgrids, this paper proposes an adjustable robust optimal dispatching method considering the wind power uncertainty distribution. The objective function of dispatching strategy is the economy of system operation. Since robust optimization has the contradiction between reliability and optimization objective, this paper proposes an uncertainty budget and penalty cost calculation method based on uncertain set robust degree. Through the combined solution of the two kinds of costs, this method realizes the coordinated optimization of robustness and economy. Based on the distribution characteristics of wind power fluctuation, this paper proposes a new wind power output uncertain set construction method. Compared with the traditional robust optimization method, the construction method can surmount the problems of wind power output discretization or excessively uncertain set construction cost in ultra-short-term dispatch. The simulation results demonstrate the economy and effectiveness of the proposed optimal dispatching method.
