With the universal penetration of distributed generations in distribution network, the safe and stable operation of power system is facing new risks. Operation risk assessment of active distribution network is an effective way to control risk. This paper proposes a multilevel comprehensive method of operation risk assessment of active distribution network. First, the threshold value for indicating the sensitivity of the risk is determined, and according to the voltage and current phasor measured by the PMU technology, the quasi-voltage over-limit node set and the quasi-overload line set under the fault event are screened. Second, calculate the risk probability, risk severity and risk value of the busbar and branch in the set separately, and use the analytic hierarchy process to form the weight. Finally, the total risk value under the fault event is obtained. The total risk value is graded and clarified on a further macroscopic level, and the risk level of each expected fault is clarified. In view of the better stability, accuracy and rapidity of PMU data sampling, this paper takes PMU as the measuring tool of active distribution network. Through case analysis, the applicability of the method. It announces a new scheme for multilevel comprehensive operation risk assessment of active distribution network, lays a new foundation for the application of PMU in active distribution network and provides a reference for grid dispatching work.
