Towards Comprehensive Design and Assessment of DisasterManagement System: Integrated Simulation of EmergencyResponse in Disasters

We are now developing an integrated simulation system of emergency response indisasters that can consider various factors of disasters, such as disaster phenomena and environment,activities of response organizations, and resident behavior, aiming to provide design and assessmentsupport of disaster management system. This paper introduces a conceptual design of the entiresystem and presents a simulator of organizational behavior in earthquake disasters.
