This paper presents a secure LSB steganography system against sample pair analysis, such as RS, SPA and DIH method by adopting chaotic technique and dynamic compensation skill. Firstly, this paper gives a new chaotic system, and embeds message in the LSB plane of the carrier image randomly via the chaos system, then make a dynamic compensation, add 1 or subtract 1 to all pixel value of the selected compensation steg-image area. Even the embedding rate is near 100% in this steg-image, such dynamic compensation can make RS, SPA and DIH steganalysis get three very small estimate values close to zero in the same time, and lead the attacker to make incorrect judgement. Moreover, the initial value of the chaos system and the selection parameters of the compensation can be used as parts of the steganography system key to improve the system security.
