摘要

The great number of e-business Websites existing over internet makes the customers undecided on which one is the more appropriate for their buying. Thus recommendation Websites has appeared. They give an aggregation of the customer's evaluations critics on the e-business Websites according to different criteria. The problem is that these evaluations give only an average idea about the customer's opinions. In this paper, we propose to improve the recommendation by explicitly taking into account: the uncertainty of the customer's evaluations by a possibility representation and the interactions between criteria by a Choquet integral based aggregation.
