摘要

This paper describes the design and simulation of an image rejection mixer (IRM) using subharmonic pumped anti parallel diode pair (APDP) at mm-wave frequency. Details of design approach and the performance simulation results are presented the results show, a flat conversion loss near to 10 dB, image rejection larger than 22 dB and port isolation better than 40 dB along with input IP3 equal to 5.8 dB, in the 28GHz RF frequency.
