Aiming at the large time-delay and fast time-varying characteristics of steam temperature system of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (CFBB), steam temperature properties effected by spray-water and feed-water are studied in different steam load. Multi-model forward-feedback adaptive dynamic matrix predictive control strategy is proposed. The new method has ability of overcoming some shortcomings while single model used, and eliminate the coupling property from feed-water varying. Simulation results show that the proposed predictive control method has better control quality, stronger robustness and good adaptive capacity.
机译:针对循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)蒸汽温度系统的大时滞和快速时变特性,研究了在不同蒸汽负荷下喷雾水和给水对蒸汽温度的影响。提出了多模型前馈自适应动态矩阵预测控制策略。新方法克服了单一模型使用时的不足,消除了给水变化带来的耦合特性。仿真结果表明,所提出的预测控制方法具有较好的控制质量,较强的鲁棒性和良好的自适应能力。
