This paper describes the sense-seeking systems model, specifically developed for assessment of the propensities to innovate of models of socio-cultural systems. Examples of such systems are organisations, units within organisations, industries, countries and global society. The paper shows the outcome of using this model in assessment of two well-known models in management of technology.
