Magneto-cumulative generators are the powerful sources of magnetic energy, compared with lightning electro-discharge on power-consumption and capacity. Current pulse amplitude in the first component of medium-statistical lightning discharge is 30 kA, maximum recorded value of current pulse in lightning discharge was more than 800 kA, potential of thunderstorm centers in clouds is estimated as 100 MV. It is natural that power sources, based on MCG, have the parameters, comparable with lightning discharge parameters for the most full reproduction of lightning discharge effect. Nowadays, generators for creation of ultra-high magnetic fields, where electrical power exceeded 100 TW, and disk magneto-cumulative generators with realized power of more than 10 TW, have the highest electrical power. In these generators high power level is obtained at the expense of generation of very high currents at relatively low (about 100 kV) voltage value. The required voltage level for lightning discharge simulation is about tens of MW.
