We illustrate how the newly introduced concept of superstability can be used to synthesize low-complexity controllers for LPV systems, with guaranteed L/sub /spl infin// disturbance rejection properties. As shown, in the superstability context this problem admits a simple solution, both in the continuous and discrete time cases. Moreover, in the case of parameter-affine dynamics, it leads to simple gain-scheduled controllers.
