A low-power switchingresonance-driving method for HDTV CCD image sensors

摘要

A new low-power switch ing-resona rice-driving method suitable for HDTV two-million-pixel CCD image sensors is described. The operational anlysis and experimental results have clarified the behaviour of this driving method.
