Summary form only given. One of the opportunities of creation of stationary/dynamic (on the contrary static) nuclear polarization (DNP) is represented by multiplexor transitions of electronic pairs is to specify a way of creation and maintenance constant in time of the concentration triplet condition of molecules. Such an opportunity is realized by optical orientation of atoms (molecules) discussed in previous reports. Significant optically induced DNP was observed in solids as well as in liquid solutions. We assume this is due to occurrence of irradiation of triplet electronic conditions or triplet exitons, transitions of relaxation of which in singlet condition on simultaneous superfine interaction is caused by amplification of nuclear polarization.
