Application of DEFORM in the Field of Metal Press-working

In this paper，the module structure of DEFORM is described simply．Some typical applications of DEFORM.3D are demonstrated in simulating metal plastic deformation such as the distribution of effective stress and effective strain，calculation of load-stroke，tracking of point，analysis of plastic flow，coupling analysis of temperature．
