Real SEER of air conditioners’ changes with the local climate characteristics and practical work modes. In this paper, the 15 temperature zones from 24°C to 38°C were brought forward to calculating the SEER, which adapts to the climate characteristic in China. Two important temperature points are set respectively to express non-load temperature point and full cooling-load temperature point during refrigeration seasons. The hours-temperature datas of special cities, such as Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing and Guangzhou in China, were setup. Above datas and the datas of GB/T7725 China nominal temperature zones were analyzed .Based on the practical features of operation, four operational modes are proposed and the hours-temperature statistic datas of the four modes are set up in the city of Wuhan. The SEER of above four cities and GB/T7725 are calculated respectively according to their hours-temperature datas. In the same way the SEER of above four operational modes are also computed . The SEER to the same air conditioner in different cities and by different operational modes is different, and the influences on SEER are analyzed.
