Electronic structure and magnetic property of Mn adsorbed /spl beta/-SiC(100)

摘要

In this study, the magnetic and electronic properties of Mn adsorbed SiC(100) surface, including the bonding characteristics and the nature of the surface electronic structure, was extensively investigated using ab initio calculations.
