We present a practical method for calculating the electrical conductivity of plasma that consists of ions, electrons, and neutral atoms in a wide range of density-temperature space. The plasma compositions are computed by an equation of state model that modifies the ionization potentials in strongly coupled regime according to the minimum free energy principle. The internal energy of two-component plasma system is given by a set of parameterized fitted formulas proposed by other authors and then the electrical conductivity of partially ionized plasma is calculated by a mixture rule. The results well reproduce the nonmetal-metal transition near the critical density and show good agreement with experimental data for some element species.
