Experimental characteristics of vacuum arc discharge inside the hollow cathode

摘要

This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation on the electron density distribution inside a hollow cathode cavity and in plasma discharge normal design of vacuum arc discharge inside the hollow cathode column. Electron temperature, topogram of equipotential surfaces and the curves of electron's equal temperatures in a plasma column are all presented.
