Ka-band LNA MIC

摘要

We present results of the design and fabrication of Ka-band LNA MIC, for radioastronomical equipment. The parameters of the amplifier are: working band of frequencies 33-36 GHz, noise figure >3.4 dB, gain <20 dB, /spl Delta/gain >1.5 dB, power characteristic (1 dB) <8 dBm. The amplifier is intended for working in hermetically sealed equipment. The amplifier size is 21.5/spl times/12/spl times/5 mm. The amplifier is made with GaAs HEMT, developed by SRI "Pulsar".
