New methods for coating dispersions and 100 percent solid content polymers

Dispersions and 100 percent polymers tend to form structureson the substrates due to their higher viscosity and solid content. That has led to new coating methods. Two of these methods will be presented and explained. I. The reverse-gravure-coating with chamber doctor and variable pressure. II. The reverse roll coating with gap control.
