摘要

We present Cs_2NaYF_6:Ce~(3+),Pr~(3+) as a new promising X-ray storage phosphor. The radiation damage centers upon X-irradiation at 10K and 300K were investigated in pure and activator (Ce~(3+), Pr~(3+), Sb~(3+) - doped Cs_2NaYF_6 using magnetooptical and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. At low temperatures V_K centers and H_A- type centers as well as Pr~(4+) hole trap centers were identified and F centers as electron trap centers. For the activator Pr~(3+) it could be shown that upon room temperature X-irradiation only F centers and Pr~(4+) hole trap centers are involved in the information storage and readout process.
