Moment invariants for image analysis with applications to image reconstruction

摘要

We address a detailed analysis of the accuracy of Zernike moment computing in terms of its discretization error. This is explained by relating the accuracy issue to the analytic number theory problem, the lattice points of a circle. The image reconstruction power of Zernike moments is also discussed.
