Temporal change in G protein system 4as investigated by solving non linear rate equations to show the effects of changes in rate constants on the concentrations of complexes comprising the G protein activation and inhibition reactions. In the regulation processes of G protein system as the intracellular signal transduction mechanisms, the rate constant for linking agonistic hormone on the receptor of target cell has the dominative effects on the following sequential recruit able reactions. It also influences on the activation of G protein that has inhibitory action of the target adenylate cyclase.
