Summary form only given, as follows. The model equations describing nonlinear interaction between the low-frequency potential and magnetic plasma perturbations, are analysed by using the RG methods. The cubic in the k-space correction to the linear damping of the short-wave electrostatic excitations (corresponding to the kinematic viscosity in the Navier-Stokes equation) and the linear correction to the long-wave ones is obtained. It is found that the magnetic nonlinearities may give rise to negative dissipation.
