Version 1.2 of the SPARK eddy current analysis code is described. It is the latest member of the Version 1 series that is designed for modeling orientable surfaces. The ability to calculate self-field values and the corresponding self-force values at the model nodes is a major addition. This capability is made fully functional with the new self-symmetry options that are also available. These features were primarily developed to analyze the response of the Compact Ignition Tokamak (CIT) vacuum vessel to plasma disruptions. Field- and force-calculation efficiency were also improved in Version 1.2. Several additional new graphics options are available, including enhanced hidden-surface removal and average-element-current plotting.
