摘要

A continuous-time second-order filter for realization of all-pole functions is presented. The circuit uses only linearized CMOS operational transconductance amplifiers and capacitors (OTA-C or active-C) as the basic integrating block. As bias voltage varies from -4.32 V to -1.4 V the adjustment range of g/sub m/ is from 2.8 nmhos to 44.58 mu mhos. Computer simulation shows the frequency characteristics of the filter are nearly identical to the theoretical values.
