The tribocharging relation between mineral components in coal andstainless steel and the effect of the environment humidity and friction time on electrificaitin are researched and analyzed in this paper.Tests were conduced in both bench-scale and pilot system based on basic study.Test results demonstrated the feasilbility of deep removal of ash and pyrite fronm fine coal.Scale-up design of the system was successful.
