The study is a part of Item of National Nature Science Fund - the Study on Universal Precision Seed-metering Device and its Mechanism (NO.59575042). The feed element of the seed-metering device is double hole, which fixes the quantity by the volume of inner-hole and performs filling, sweeping, and throwing seed by multi-force cooperation. Seed-ration fed is accurate and controllable without pulling layers. According to seeding performance of indexes of precisionand half-precision with mechanization witch the Agricultural Department has issued, the test-plate and the whole-machine trial in field have been done. The paper introduced new structure and working mechanism of the seed-metering device, and analyzed the elements of influencing performance, illustrated the results of test with different parameters of seed-cell and various drive ratio. At last innovation conceives and measures were put forward.
