Deciding the operative opportunity of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis using a microcomputer

Acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC) is a serious biliary duct disease which leads to high mortality and its prognosis is un-favorable if no active and adequate emergency treatment is made. Operative cure rates depend heavily on the reasonable selection of the operative time. We have tried to decide the operative time using a microcomputer. The results presented here may be of value to clinical physicians.
