摘要

Based on the theoretical analysis on heavy-media density control system, two problems existing in this kind of control system are presented. One is the system, even some advanced systems, vibrating frequently and the other is the response speed is slow. Then the system mathematical model is deduced from which we can know that the heavy-media procedure is actually a nonlinear procedure. At last an adaptive control algorithm is put forward aiming at two main problems existing in the system. Simulation results indicate that in this way response time and vibration-removal can be unified better and even when noises exist in the system the regulation results are still satisfactory.
