The shape of sensor for sinter mixture moisture content online measurement is chosen according to the result of experiment In order to measuring accurately, the finite element analysis method of static current field and regression orthogonal design method are combined and used to optimize the configuration of sensor according to the thickness varies relative error and sensitivity. Sensitivity is maximum under the meeting of thickness varies relative error and optimize model is presented.
