The Computer Control System for the Mineralizer Addition Machine

摘要

This paper is mainly concerned with the computer control system for addition machine, the appropriate selection of software and hardware structure of control system and the solution of the relating technique problems to realize the automation of addition of mineral dressing which is adding all kinds of substance into the pulp channel quantitatively at fixed point and certain time according to the technical requirement in the process of mineral dressing. In order to make the system meet the expected goals. We use PLC as the lower computer to control the amount of substance, use IPC as the upper computer to realize the control model computation of the substance addition and the others processing, and exchange the data and controlling information through the serial communication unit of PLC and IPC.
