摘要

The paper analyzes some aspects of the thermomechanical processing of HSLA grades on CSP plants. Special attention is paid to the microstructure formation in the hot strip mill and the corresponding effect on the polymorphic transformation of the hot-worked austenite into ferrite. Based on the microstructure, set in the strip favorable physical proper ties are attained. It is shown that microalloyed CSP hot strip finds multiple applications particular in construction, for manufacturing of tubes and pipes, and in the automotive industry.
