Teh apparatus for studying the evolution development of technical systems in shipbuilding

The history of developing the theory of technical systems evolution is examined.The description f stable and unstable development of technical systems is presetned.It is shown that the evolution of technical systmes is practicable to present as a polyflucturatin process with the system of built-in filters.There is given the final system of axioms and theorems proving the correctness of he given assumption.
