CAN WE LEAD AND FOLLOW?

In an effort to expand leadership research to include an understanding of the relationship of leader behaviors, follower behaviors and organizational citizenship behaviors, Industrial Technology graduate students were tasked with collecting data using established survey instruments in an exploratory investigation of the relationships between leader behaviors follower behaviors and organizational citizenship behaviors. Using theories proffered of visionary leadership, courageous followers and organizational citizenship behaviors as an experimental framework, technology graduate students collected data from technology workers(N =111) and analyzed the data to ascertain correlations in an effort to further explore leader-follower-citizenship linkages.
